TY Library Committee Applications
Applications are now open to TY students interested in joining the TY Library Committee. This group is an excellent opportunity for students to get involved in the running and planning of library events as well as promote reading for fun.
What does the TY library committee do?
- Decorate the library for holidays and themed events
- Plan and organise events with the school librarian
- Help in collecting and organizing return of books to the library
- Attend morning assemblies to make announcements for the school librarian
- Help promote reading to the whole school
- Help and take part in library events and initiatives including assisting at workshops and guest events
- Attend library club events and promote participation
How to join
Application forms are now available in the library. Any students interested in joining can call into the library and ask for a form from Ms. Curtin. The deadline for applications is the 25th of September.
